David Doubilet stands out in the world of underwater photography as a unique and exceptional artist. Long before underwater photography became as accessible as it is today, some innate calling inspired David, born in New York in 1946, to put a Brownie camera into a plastic bag and take it below the cold, green waters of the New Jersey coastline at just 12 years old. Now, after decades of inspirational image-making around the globe, David is still at the top of his profession having created, among many other achievements, more than 60 stories for National Geographic magazine.

David will share his latest inspirations with some of his best work to date, supported by his friends;  multi-award winning underwater photographer and founder of the Ocean Geographic Society Michael Aw and world-renowned underwater filmmaker Leandro Blanco.
